What does Heritage Family Church believe?

HFC is a Bible-based church that teaches the biblical message of salvation and emphasizes a personal relationship with God. Our beliefs include one God, Jesus Christ, repentance, baptism in Jesus’ name, and receiving the Holy Ghost.

 

What should I wear?

Come in whatever you feel comfortable wearing. Our goal is for you to feel welcome and be able to focus on worship, fellowship, and the Word of God.

 

Is there something for my children?

Yes! Children are an important part of our church family. HFC provides opportunities specifically designed for children, including Sunday School and children’s activities.

 

Is there something for teenagers?

Yes! HFC has a Youth ministry designed to help young people grow in their relationship with God, build friendships, and become involved in the church.

Are there groups for adults?

Yes. HFC offers several groups and opportunities for fellowship, including College/Career, Singles, Ladies, and Men’s groups. These groups provide opportunities for connection, growth, and service.

 

What happens during worship? 

Our worship services are energetic and participatory. You may see people singing, clapping, lifting their hands, playing instruments, and worshiping God freely. We believe worship should be an active expression of our gratitude to God.

 

What does HFC teach about salvation?

HFC teaches that the biblical plan of salvation includes repentance, baptism by immersion in Jesus’ name, and receiving the Holy Ghost, evidenced by speaking in tongues.

 

Do I have to know anything about the Bible before I come?

Not at all! You don’t have to be a Bible expert or have everything figured out. Come with questions, come ready to learn, and allow us to walk alongside you as you grow.

 

How can I get connected?

There are many ways to get connected at HFC—from attending services and joining a small group to getting involved with our children’s, youth, men’s, ladies, singles, or college/career ministries.
